At The Jungle View Resort, we strive to provide a satisfying experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for reservations and services.

 

Reservation Refunds

 

1. Cancellation by Guest:

More than 7 Days Before Check-In: If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a full refund, minus any applicable fees.

Within 7 Days of Check-In: Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

No-Shows: If you fail to show up without prior cancellation, you will be charged for the entire stay.

 

2. Modification of Reservation:

If you need to modify your reservation (e.g., change the dates or number of guests), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Refunds for modifications will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

Payment Methods

 

1. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction (UPI or cash). For cash payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or other methods as deemed appropriate.

 

2. Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation or request approval.

Certain fees, such as booking fees or administrative charges, may be non-refundable, even if the reservation is canceled.
